People who know me personally know that I do my own hair on the alternative week that I’m away from Tameka Jones-Little …..Tonight, I decided out of nowhere that I wanted to get back to my pixie. In my opinion, short hair is bold, sassy, fierce and empowering!!! Sooooo I got busy cutting.

I looked at the hair on the paper towel and there was MINISTRY IN THAT…..Allow me to share with you what I saw….CUT AWAY ANYTHING that hinders your growth! Cut away anything that hinders your peace! Why I stroll!

Recognize the stroll I have when someone says, “I thought you were in a car wreck with back and neck pain…” My response is this….When my alarm clock beeped this morning, God opened my eyes! He allowed me to be conscious enough to recognize my swollen shoulders and feel the spasms in my back. My ears were working enough to hear my babies tell me about their pains in their backs. We choose to smile! We choose to praise! We choose to keep it moving! Alllllll because despite the driver who hit us being unapologetic, or the time I have had to miss from work, orrrr my car being at the collision shop for the next two weeks…..we WOKE up on THIS SIDE of the dirt!!! It’s Been TWO Months

In these two months, I have witnessed the hand of God MOVE!! YOU HEAR ME??? HE has saw fit to begin a phenomenal customer base, AH-MAZING sales, a steady inventory growth and OH God…..this budding network of industry professionals gives me LIFE!!! I give HIM ALLLLL the praise for the mighty work he is performing right before my eyes!!!

Did you know, this all started just because my nephew, asked me to get back into designing and making tshirts with him….after FUBU never responded to sketches I sent them in the 90’s. He shared with me that I inspired HIM to launch his line!! That just goes to show that you never know who is watching while you’re working! Annnd you all see his brand Rich Guy Cartel is growing and booming!!!
